Rangduru Overview
Rangduru, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company headquartered in San Jose, CA,  USA, that develops and provides memory products based on its proprietary DX-bitcell technology. Currently we are focused on developing our DX-MRAM / eDX-MRAM memory products (that is, MRAM built with our DX-bitcell technology) in both discrete and embedded forms for the AI memory market.

Our memory solutions aim to surpass DRAM in performance, efficiency, and scalability, while displacing DRAM products. They also aim to provide super high bandwidth, capacity, and efficiency for on-chip memory in AI chips and system-on-chips (SoCs).
